This is so sad this is not in the least bit funny. This goes to show you that no matter how far we come as a race there will always be some that refuse to move with the rest of us. This is in no way the childs fault i feel sorry for her. Her parents needs to be slapped to the floor. If they don't correct that ASAP they are going to have all kinds of problems.
