A lot of these artists need to understand that being a rapper is not just about spitting hot lines or knowing about what is current. They need to do their history and pay homage to those who came before them. Being a master of a craft comes from research and knowing who paved the way for you to be where you are. Even though Drake states he was too young to be affected by the death of 2Pac many will take his words as disrespect to one of the legends of the game. All I can say is Drake is that your hot now but how long will that fire burn. Respect those who made this thing possible for you, because I'm pretty sure that Pac's fan base dead is way bigger than yours alive so don't burn your bridges homie.

Young Money needs to teach him how to pay homage. He may be poppin' now but by the summer we may not even remember what songs he had. Fuck around he mught get caught in the passenger side with that glassy look in his eyes.
