2009 gone

Well 2009 is almost a wrap and I have so much to look forward to in 2010, and I can't wait. New job, new bussiness venture, same family but hopefully more love. I just want to say to eveyone who is down for me and even if you not and pretend you are have a very wonderful New Year and may 2010 be better than 2009.-------->on to the next one. See ya next yr. There are not too many days that go by where you don't cross my mind. I sometimes feel your presence, and I do believe that you are an angel sent to protect your love ones. Tears flow as I write this, I miss you so much. You see many times we take life for granted and we forget how prescious it is. Sometimes I just want one last laugh with you, one last hug, one last I love you, but I know that can't be, so I cherish the memories that I have of you. There was so much that we shared and at times when I need someone I think of you. I guess you never realize how much a person affects your life until they are taken away. I live my life knowing that one day when I meet my demise I will be able to see you again, hug you again, and laugh with you again. Until then I will just hold the fond memories you left me with.

An Emotional Iverson

People can laugh all they want about Iverson crying over his career, but the truth is when you love to do something and reality has just hit you that you will not be doing it anymore it's a hard pill to swallow. Father time waits on no man, and I'm sad to see him leave after this season. Hopefully Philly will retire his jersey and he will find peace with the decisions that he has made and realize that he meant a lot to this game, but it's just that his time is up. Much love A.I.

So you know all of Thanksgiving weekend I was pigging out. So now I'm back to my daily grind and trying to reach my weight loss goal. I only have 20lbs (rofl) to be where I want to be. So here goes nothing. I need to lose this weight before I go away on my vacation in Feb. Day one of starting over this should be fun. Off to the treadmill ugh!
